I have been with Dr Franz for years. He is always thoughtful, caring, friendly and extremely thorough. He takes the extra time with all of his patients to make sure that you know exactly what to expect. He has a team that feels more like family. From the reception desk all the way to Dr Franz. Part of his team is Clay [last name], whom I feel like is an old friend instead of just someone that takes care of my problems. He is thorough, caring, understanding, thoughtful, I could go on. One of the nurses that is fairly new to me, Lea, is so sweet, kind, caring, knowledgeable and what she doesn't know, she finds out for you and gets back to you in a very reasonable amount of time. I can't think of everyone's names but they all are excellent.

Yes how Dr. Franz was a very soft spoken doctor. I don't think I've ever encountered a doctor like him. He was very thorough and very good at explaining my options to me and did not rush thru my visit with him. He's a top notch doctor my opinion.

Dr Franz put my mind at ease with this knee replacement. He answered every question and listened to everything I said and asked about. I felt very comfortable with my decision to have this done. I feel I have the best doctor and hospital

Prior to the Surgery. I made three visits to the hospital and met with the entire team that was scheduled to perform my surgery The team was very professional explaining the whole what to expect. Took the time to answered and question that myself and my had. We left the hospital understand what to expect. A very good day at the hospital.

He showed compassion and care and so did their nurses I have been to him before, and the treatment has always been excellent. If I had any kind of surgery needed, I would definitely choose Dr. Franz. He diagnosed my problem and treated it immediately. I always enjoy talking with him.

They are always greeting with smile and happiness. They have assisted in the passed with my husband that is in wheelchair and it’s hard for me with my arm being injured. Have no complaints for the orthopedic doctors or the staff. The doctor explains everything down to the smallest point for someone to understand.
