The waiting lounge is always clean and comforatble. My counselor Philip Justice is hardly late to come out to get me, and has been a very helpful counselor for me.

I haven't had a therapy session with a male counselor since 1999. I'm not saying the women counselors I've had were not helpful. They were also very good. I just really like Philip Justice's demeanor and it didn't take long for he and I to have a rapport. He allowed me to speak, but I also knew to stop talking to hear what he had to say to me. During my 45 min. or hour with him, I learned a great deal that other counselors and doctors have not told me in the past. I also like that he established with me an approximate end-month of my counseling with him, and in our first session he set up a few pre-select therapy goals of coping skills for me to start learning and applying. The receptionist at the front desk who typed me in, charged me my co-pay, set-up my next appointment was professional and friendly. I easily give a 10 rating to the Baptist Behavioral Health office in Julington Creek, St. Johns, Florida.
