The physician (Dr. K.) is very flexible with our meeting status (in-person, virtual), and she always makes my son feel comfortable and she is always able to get him to share and participate in the session.

My doctor has been available no matter the circumstances. She is knowledgeable, competent, asked all the right questions, and follow up questions. She makes recommendations based on her complete assessment.

We love our psychiatrist but the entire system is so user unfriendly. Not efficient use of our time. I really wish I did not have to deal with the Baptist system. Too much bureaucracy and layers between pt and doctor. All the worst things about corporate medicine.

Dr. Kindari has been with my daughter for several years. She always makes things clear for her and access to her for f/u care is very easy. The ability to have video calls and an annual face to face makes our busy lives a lot easier. My daughter can take her video calls from school and I can be on the call from a remote location, work. Thank you Dr. Kindari!

When we arrived, there wasn't anyone to check in with at that desk. We sat in the waiting room for 10 min and no one addressed us. When I went up to the window, the second time, I was finally addressed and told the Dr. was running behind. We waited 20 min. past our appt. time to be seen.

I love the convenience of the Zoom appointment. I also appreciate the caring attitude of dr. Jusleen Kendhari. She mentions what happened at the last appointment, and asks about how things are going and adjusts medications when needed.

Zoom appointment did not go as planned. Called office was finally sent email for appointment then Dr said I missed the scheduled time which I did due to non receipt on zoom email took 2 attempts. Complained to office awaiting a call from manager or supervisor to date but continue to receive feedback, schedule another appointment and co-payment calls. My child is the one suffering and I haven't felt like that has been a priority after having waited about 6 mths for an appointment. Appointments via technology are not full proof since several steps are required such as receipt of email with zoom info and technical issues on both ends have to match up.

It's so hard to find mental health providers specially for children during these times. We have the best pediatric psychiatrist! She. Khendari truly about her patients and treats my child with respect and to her level of understanding. It truly makes a difference when a doctor is also the child's advocate. I feel we are a team working together to find what works the best for my child health.
