Dr. Aizer is a very caring physician. She is very good in explaining and answering my concerns and questions. And Joy is on top of scheduling and re-scheduling. Very efficient and goes out of her even even past office hours to call back regarding appointments.

This was my first visit. Dr Aizer listened carefully, gave me clear and important information, discussed research-based advice, explained the purpose of tests she ordered, examined me gently and thoroughly, asked questions in different ways to help me give a more accurate medical history, and was relaxed and unhurried. By far the best first visit I've ever had with a medical professional which gives me much confidence in her expertise and her ability to guide me to better osteo health because she took the time to get to know me and tailor her communication to my needs.
