She knows her field very well and explains any problem that I might have with changing
the crucial parts of the hearing aid itself. She showed me about replacing different parts
of the hearing aid itself, seeing her do it helps a great deal.

Unprofessional, lacking empathy and compassion, she acted irritated that I was at an appointment. When I asked questions she was not forthcoming with answers and she was an overall disappointment and waste of my time and money.
