She talked with me about rescheduling as she took care of my issues and said we could
schedule for the Fall instead of May. If anything came up that I had questions about just let her know. I felt her sincerity; she wants what is best for me!

She knows her field very well and explains any problem that I might have with changing
the crucial parts of the hearing aid itself. She showed me about replacing different parts
of the hearing aid itself, seeing her do it helps a great deal.
