Julie's level of professionalism and expertise is on another level entirely. I have been through years of frustration going to multiple providers for help with these chronic issues, but they all turn me away and say I'm on my own. Julie never did that to me. She carefully listens to what I'm saying, believes me that there's a problem even when an initial screening might not tell her much, and she keeps digging in until she identifies something that might be related. Julie has succeeded in helping me, and continues to revise my personalized plan for how to address my chronic pains. Her suggestions are working. Honestly, I wish I didn't have to go through so many years of hardship to find a provider who actually listens to me and believes me when I say I experience pain. I hope that you are compensating Julie very well for her high quality service. She's raising the bar for care standards!

Excellent care & effort to fix the problem

I enjoy my PT visits with Julie. She challenges me with some of the exercises and does modifications if I am not able to fully do them. The time goes very fast. She makes me feel that I am her only pt and I don't feel rushed. I leave the appt knowing that I can complete the exercises and all questions have been answered.

Outstanding support. I have difficult chronic problems, and most of the time when I seek care I just get ignored or told to go take some pain killers. Julie is the only person who has taken the time to listen carefully to what I'm experiencing, and work with me in all the lengthy tedious detail necessary to figure out exactly what's going wrong as well as develop a tailored actionable plan for addressing my issues. Maybe I just have high standards, I don't know... but I would expect this level of care to be easier to come across! In any case, I'm grateful to have the opportunity to work with Julie on these issues.
