The waiting time is difficult for me and I always take reading material. The chairs in the patient rooms are not the best.

I was agitated when I arrived at my appointment, due to outside issues, and Dr. Kalb was very caring and patient, which helped me to "stabilize."

Didn't have to wait very long. Had lots of newspapers and needlework to do in case the waiting was TOO long. I never just sit and wait.

Dr Julie Kalb is a good doctor who is very attentive to me as a patient who listens well to my concerns and understands my history being a patient of hers for many years now. I am retired now and still have her as my primary doctor. There is one thing that would be appreciated when when she comes into the waiting room to see me for the first time and I have been waiting for a long while (even past 15 up to 30 minutes at times, is that she acknowledges and apologize to me as a patient for the long wait-time. One time I even waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to see her and I did not understand why that happened that day (early this year). Oh well. Things do happen out of the ordinary and I tried to understand perhaps that was a not so good day for everyone- The staff and patients perhap. The Oct 1st (6month follow-up visit showed service recovery and I had a better office visit that time for sure) Thank you

Arrived on time and only waited about 5 minutes to go back to exam room. However, sat in exam room for about an hour before getting to see the doctor.
