I’ve been dealing with chronic issues for years and have a lot of anxiety around doctor visits because I’ve felt ignored, rushed, or downplayed in my struggles. My experience with Dr. O’Donnell was the opposite, and it really made my day. She listened intently, discussed options, explained next steps clearly, and it was obvious that she believed me. I felt heard and cared for. She also promptly responded when I messaged through the portal because I had forgotten to mention something in person. Thanks Dr. O’Donnell!
