I was so happy with the treatment I received. She was lovely and she explained everything perfectly to me and she made me at ease and just was great.

Not much appt. Time a little late doc is as sweet as can be at desk they do what they should do. Wine if your survey questions don't apply so I put 0

The provider was very informative and very helpful and her personality was really great and that really helped my appointment go smoothly and I really enjoyed my appointment. She was very personable and friendly and she educated me on things about my condition that I didn't think about. So that's really it. And the staff was very nice and I just think your office was very smooth. I got right in and out. I was on my break and I didn't have to sit for hours on end. And it's just a really great office.

Julie is a really good provider and I recognize that she does really good work and she spends time with her patients. My only problem was I waited for an hour to see her because they messed up the charts. So someone somehow got my appointment chart mixed up and I was seen way after my appointment time. That's the only thing. But other than that, Julie has always been a great provider and I enjoy coming to the Weight Loss Center to see her.

Was a wonderful & pleasant experience. There wasn't a long wait time. The provider and the staff were knowledgeable and professional. The provider listened to my concerns , addressed them & gave me options. I would highly recommend this office to others.

Everyone in the office from the receptionist to the person that checks you in, that takes your weight, every provider that I have dealt with at this particular office is extremely extraordinary. They're very, very special, and I'm thankful that they are part of their team. You are part of my care team.

Dr. Grubb did a really good job of working through a couple things with me. I felt like she really listened to me and really took into account what I had to say about my thyroid condition and is working with me to come up with solutions for a couple things that I was concerned about. I really appreciated her and the time she took to help me with these things.

From the front desk through the appointment, every single person was so unbelievably kind and helpful. Juliane Grubb Beebe, APN answered ALL of my questions and was very empathetic and understanding of my needs. I left the appointment feeling great and positive. This whole office really did an amazing job making me feel so comfortable and at ease.

To be honest I am always very satisfied with my care! Each and every provider I see addresses my concerns, listens to me patiently and provides informative directions and guidance. I couldn't be happier with all staff from front desk to direct care givers!

I understand sometimes people run late. 15 minutes is acceptable but longer can be a disaster for the doctors as well as the patients that rely on being on time for other appointments.

Front staff for that day was very unprofessional and rude. I never experienced this in this office and I've been coming to this office since 2018. But yeah, the staff that particular day was very rude in the front desk where you said it's working.
