Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Julia’s kindness and concern about my injuries and other health issues. She took the time to listen to me, and I didn’t feel like she was in a hurry to move on to the next patient. I felt like the time she spent with me was as important to her as it was to me.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing. It was a great experience.

The whole staff. I know it's their job to do the things they do, but they did them like it was it was nothing. They were polite, informative, helpful, and understanding. They listen and don't jump ty o conclusions. They try and rule things out and are very honest and up front.

Julie Wiegers is EXCEPTIONAL in assessing the situation and determining the best course of action for treatment!! She goes above and beyond to be kind and compassionate!! I wish we could have many, many more Julie Wiegers in the medical field!!

I received the friendliest, kind & caring attention. It was actually better than my current general practitioner. I don't think I waited more then 5 minutes and even after going into the exam room I was attended to immediately.

No wait, very professional care. I’m super happy with my visit and received the results and care I was expecting.

The nurse practitioner was very friendly and took her time with my care. I was very pleased to be seen as my primary didn’t have any openings.

Julia Wiegers was extremely thorough. She answered all of my questions, and gave me detailed information on medication. She made me feel like a patient, not rushing me out and making me feel like a number.

The NP, that I saw was very attentive and very much helpful to my issues. Also the nurses assistant was also very courteous and gentle while preforming my testing.

Ms. Wiegers was excellent. She was friendly, listened to what I had to say, had a sense of humor, and accurately diagnosed my problem and gave me advice on how to resolve my issue. She ordered tests which confirmed her diagnosis (and disproved mine, by the way). I could not have been more impressed by the level of care she provided.

All professionals and nurse practitioner - were personable, professional, and made the visit easy. All individuals actually looked at me while speaking to me. I find so many people look down or away when engaged in a conversation.

The staff as a whole were excellent. Julia was extraordinary, she's extremely knowledgeable, and very caring! She was very concerned with my overall health.

Both Julia Wiegers and her medical assistant did just an outstanding job all the way around! They were friendly, they smiled, they were kind. Julia was very knowledgeable about putting my eye symptoms together with the rest of my symptoms as well as with the findings from my physical exam to determine exactly what was wrong with me. She did a great job! Thank you Julia!

Dr. Julie was very caring and thorough. When she read back her notes on what I had told her I was very impressed and she made me feel like a person and not just a number she had to see. I was not expecting to be treated as well as I was since it’s an urgent care and they are usually in a hurry. I was happily surprised and felt seen and heard during my appointment. Dr. Julie told me she hoped I felt better and I really believed she meant it. Even though I felt horrible physically they made me feel good. I recommend this urgent care and Dr. Julie. Thank you so much for making me feel seen and important.

Mrs. Wieger's care was excellent. She got a splinter out of my hand in 30 seconds. The previous day the other nurses were unable to get it out after working 20 or more minutes on it.
