Julia Mayotte works with [staff]. They alternate seeing me every six months. I was so impressed with her. She really listened to me, and offered excellent medical suggestions. She was positive and encouraging. I never felt rushed.

The provider was very Efficient and doing procedure she made It very comfortable in the making sure that I was doing Well and understood at all time, she was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and concerns. She was very polite and courteous throughout the procedure and visit. She was very helpful in helping me to understand why I needed this procedure. Her helper was was polite and attentive the entire time she made sure I was comfortable during my procedure and visit.

Not as knowledgeable about blood tests as she should have been. She could have said "I don't know and I'll find out and I'll send you that information in MyChart." Disappointing!
