Dr Agapov could do a better job explaining my eye condition to me, the patient. She talks to her scribe very softly and I feel left out of the conversation during an exam or procedure.

I have been seeing Dr Agapov post surgery for over 2 1/2 years . An ongoing eye issue necessitates these appointments. She and her staff always manage to squeeze me in even though her schedule is booked out for many months going forward. Thanks to Dr Agapov, her staff and the SSM staff in Baraboo.
