Though it was a yearly routine appointment, I’d requested having a YAG procedure - which we had discussed at last year’s session. Dr. Agapov and Sasha her scribe figured out the logistics to make that happen. I’m very grateful!

My experience with Dr Agapov was excellent as expected!
The problem was with scheduling an emergency appointment to see her! Scheduler was ask to send message to Dr A. But a response was never received. Should not complain for in twenty + years of being a patient at SSM/Duehrs this is the first time I have not been treated well!
