Thank you for taking time to make me feel heard as a patient, and for not labeling my worries as 'overreacting' or 'dramatic.' I liked being able to discuss concerns without judgement, and hear realistic options for care considering my conditions. Talking through the problem is a great way to make your patients feel heard, and even though there was a knock on the door, your attention never wavered. Best bed-side manner, ever!
