There was very little wait time in the office before I was brought in to see the provider. This is very unusual. I usually have to wait 15 minutes to a half hour or more on prior doctors visits with other providers.

He has a well earned reputation, I checked ratings of Dr's in my area, his was the highest and he did not disappoint. I'm happy to have him as my new pcp. I was nervous about finding new Dr's since I moved to Nevada, But once I met him I was relieved, he listened, asked questions, explained things well, he showed concern, was kind, and didn't hesitate to help me, he immediately requested referrals and labs for what I needed, he is excellent and I am happy to have him as my new pcp. He reminds me of the good Dr's I've had in the past.

Dr. [ ] wasn’t there so we had to reschedule with Dr. Palacio and he made us feel very comfortable. He answered all our questions and commented that my dad was healthy and was wondering why we were coming in every 6- months

The facility was good, This is my first visit to Dr. Palacios I'm looking for a new primary care Physician and haven't had enough experience with Dr. Palacios to make a good evaluation yet. His after visit notes were very detailed and thurough which is a good sign

Appointment was for Haley but I was told that he had no appointments for that day. I agreed to meet with Juan and I no longer need Haley because he never returns vim. Haley said he doesn’t return vim.

The office was pleasant and clean, the receptionist was efficient and very pleasant as was the medical assistant. I felt that the physician was very compassionate and listened to what I had to say. Overall, this was a very good experience, and I am pleased with my choice of Dr. Palacios as my primary care physician.
