The facility was good, This is my first visit to Dr. Palacios I'm looking for a new primary care Physician and haven't had enough experience with Dr. Palacios to make a good evaluation yet. His after visit notes were very detailed and thurough which is a good sign

Appointment was for Haley but I was told that he had no appointments for that day. I agreed to meet with Juan and I no longer need Haley because he never returns vim. Haley said he doesn’t return vim.

The office was pleasant and clean, the receptionist was efficient and very pleasant as was the medical assistant. I felt that the physician was very compassionate and listened to what I had to say. Overall, this was a very good experience, and I am pleased with my choice of Dr. Palacios as my primary care physician.

Juan’s assistant reviewed my chart message on [ ] and called.me since dr [ ] is off on Mondays. So she called me and had me come in at 5:00 pm [ ]. Otherwise I would have had to wait another 24 hours. I appreciated her attention to my issue.
