Dr. Palacios treated me as a unique individual. He listened to my concerns, my assessment of how I was doing and my questions. Then he based his recommendations on my response to questions, his exam of me, and my history and lab results.

I am always overjoyed at the time and care I am given by Dr. Palacios and staff. They have always seen me on time and never have I felt rushed or cut off. He was an outstanding physician. In fact I enjoyed his care and excellence and knowledge I am wondering if I can transfer my medical records to his office. I was going to Dr. [ ] [ ] but he has been out on medical leave.

I found Dr. Juan Palacios to be outstanding in his ability to be compassionate and listen to each of my concerns. He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient. I never felt rushed and was seen promptly at my appointed time. I have definitely found my primary care physician. I have the utmost confidence in his ability to care for me and help keeo me healthy. We even discussed helping me to get off an existing medication per my request and titrating down safely. I'm really grateful to have found Dr. Juan.

Dr. Palacios was outstanding, it was my first time meeting with him and he is my new provider. He addressed all my concerns and even ones I didn’t have at the time, offering to go above and beyond to check on a precious health issue I had taken care of in the past. He gained my trust, which is one of the hardest and first things you should do as a provider. I felt at ease as a patient and I feel like my health is in good hands for the future! I really appreciate him and his work!
