Doctor didn't rush through appointment, she listened to me and explained everything in great detail. She encouraged me to ask questions and answered all of them. She actually heard what I was saying and didn't push me to take pills or do procedures however she did discuss my options.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Joyce Lu, a vascular surgeon, for my painful varicose veins, and I couldn't be more impressed. Dr. Lu is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and approachable. She carefully examined my veins, took photos of the swollen veins, reviewed my health history and current medications in detail. She then took the time to thoroughly explain the detailed procedures that could be done, all while waiting for my ultrasound results. Her warm and friendly demeanor, combined with her natural charisma, truly sets her apart. I felt genuinely cared for and confident in her expertise. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking exceptional vascular care.
