What else would you like to say about your experience?
I recently had my first visit with Dr. Keys. From the moment that I checked in until the moment that I left; I felt very welcomed. Dr. Keys, was so easy to talk to. Dr. Keys was very concerned with all things that I had going on. She made referrals for me and I received calls today and my appointments have been set.

My visit with Dr. Key went very well. The workers were very professional and Dr. Key, she listened and she cared about her patients.

Excellent experience. Everything was great all the way through. Very knowledgeable doctor. She knew what she was talking about and she prescribed me the right medicine.

Dr. Keys is an amazing provider. She really has a heart for her patients that is demonstrated by her smile, eye contact, and genuine concern when listening to me.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr. Keys is a great doctor and knows what she is doing. I am comfortable with her because I've known her and her family since she was a kid in grade school, so I know I can trust her. She shows care and legitimate concern for her patients. Please give her and her staff a raise.

It was an absolutely excellent experience. She's very thorough, very comprehensive. I understood all that I had gone through medically. She is my primary and I choose to go to her because of her excellent and superior service.

Dr. Keys is always friendly & professional during my visits. She takes the time to listen & explains things for her patients to understand. Her nurses are prompt and professional.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Well, I appreciate when they set up appointment, when they give me an appointment, if it's a 1:20, whatever, when I come there, it's prompt. Actually, I don't wait 30, 40, 50 minutes to get the appointment from 1:30 to 3 or 4 o'clock before they wait on me. And I really appreciate that. That's the reason why I've been going to her for such a long time. And Keyes is a good provider. She lets you know exactly what's wrong and then she tries to help you in that area. And also the MAs and the CNAs and the receptions, they are receptional. So I appreciate them. That's like I said once again, I've been going there a long time.

My visit was very good with Dr. Keyes. He was efficient. I did not have to wait long and I will be returning to her. That was my first visit and as a first-time visit of patient of Dr. Keyes, I was definitely satisfied.

I appreciate Dr. Key being open and honest about all the options available for my well-being and health related to my reproductive system. And I also appreciate her listening to my concerns and being open and honest about her own personal experiences related to women's health.

Hello, I like my experience with my doctor and the staff there. The thing I like the most is just the way that they treat me. Like, I have my problems with the healthcare stuff, like not you guys, you know, insurance and whatnot, but the people are great. I always really appreciate the people.

Dr. Dr. Joya Keys and her staff is amazing from the beginning to the end of the visit anytime I have to send a message anytime I have to call or need something even in a short notice her and her staff is amazing and they make it happen. She explain everything to you, leaving the office with no questions. I highly recommend her.

Dr.Keys took her time with me I didn’t feel like she was rushing she listened to my concerns and addressed them. I didn’t just feel like a number I felt like she cared about me and I appreciate her and her team For that

Dr. Keys has always been very personable and friendly as well as having gentle approach. She has such a nice spirit. She has always explained my concerns as well as what my plan of care should be. She has always given me an estimated time frame for my plan of care.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Keys took her time and listened to each of my concerns. This visit was not rushed, and with each concern she addressed appropriate next steps and further examination options. This visit was warm, comforting, and welcoming. I personally don’t like disclosing my health concerns around others, so I also loved that there wasn’t multiple people in the room during my visit (nurse, MA, etc.)

The two times I've seen Dr Keys has been excellent. From check in to short wait time in waiting area to actually seeing the Dr.
