She was very personable, cheerful, and upbeat. Her attitude put me at ease immediately. She was very knowledgeable about my case and listened to my questions and concerns.

It would be nice if she would introduce herself. The first time I had no idea who she was. The second time I didn't know who she was either. Today's visit I only knew who she was because I had seen her before.

She was very professional and answered all my questions. I was given options of various treatments, but I wasn’t pressured make a choice, which I appreciated.
