Dr. Ward really sits down and goes thru the critical thinking process to figure out my son’s plan of care. Seeing that he will be an adult soon he also spoke to him about aspects of care he’ll have to do when he gets there. His Nurse is also amazing, she makes sure to answer promptly with empathy and knowledge. Thank you so much!!!

I appreciate the time and care spent at my daughter’s check up visits. Dr Ward truly cares for his patients and we’re lucky to have him in San Angelo.

Dr. Ward's kind, caring, and goes above and beyond for not only his patients, but for their family. Losing a newborn has been extremely hard for us and he has taken the time and care to check on us and offer grief and family counseling to help us heal. God Bless this wonderful man! ❤️

Dr. Ward is a phenomenal pediatrician who is great with children & a really kind human being in general! Being a pediatrician is truly his calling from God & It’s awesome that he pursued a career that is so clearly meant for him ! The kiddos are truly blessed to have him! 20 out of 10 service, although the appointment started a tad bit late! All is well though, & I’m glad I found an awesome pediatric provider for my Micah :)

Dr. Ward was very thorough and did not take our concerns lightly. He took plenty of time to go over things and make sure we felt comfortable with the care plan and never once made us feel rushed to get out so he could move on to the next patient.

Dr. Ward is one of our very favorite doctors at Shannon. He is great interacting with our 5 children, always super considerate in explaining things to me as their mom. Doesn't mind my many questions, and is always willing to try natural methods prior to intervening with medications. My children always look forward to going to their check-ups because Dr's Ward and his staff make it a fun experience for them.

The office flowed very smoothly. There was no wait, I was called back quickly. Dr Ward came quickly after the nurse left, the nurse came back quickly for shots. I’ve waited 30+ minutes for shots before. I actually was out just a couple minutes after our scheduled time

Dr Josiah Ward is our Pediatrician since we moved here in San Angelo in 2021. He goes above and beyond consistently to care for our son. We were never disappointed with his care, thoroughness, diligence and attention to details especially when he sees our son for a problem visit. Dr. Ward is a great Pediatrician. He was able to quickly diagnose the underlying issue to my son’s inflammation and recommend the path forward.

Dr. Ward is such a awesome doctor my 8year is very picky and doesn't like men doctors she always prefers women, she has to be very im comfortable in order to like someone and dr ward is on her list of liking so I also take my 4month old now . His good with kids and not boring with them he makes them laugh and enjoy there visit he explains all your concerns
