X-ray was done on the spot saving me an additional visit. Diagnosis was quick and expertly done. Service was top notch. The staff were very helpful.
Dr Joshua M Zimmerman is one of the best doctors I have met in many years. He was thorough, detailed and explained everything in a easily understandable way.

Dr Zimmerman is an excellent surgeon, performed on me 2 complicated surgeries: in 2011, complicated repair of my right shoulder and in 2025 total replacement of my left shoulder. I trust him and his abilities and would recommend him highly.

The x-ray technician took x-rays at the appointed time but then I waited a full half hour for Dr. Zimmerman to come in to see me.

This was my 1st visit and it was pleasant. I wasn't rushed and everything was explained with examples on the computer. I felt knowledgeable about my injuries when I left the office.

I chose Dr Zimmerman because his area of expertise is the shoulder & has many years of experience. Working in the hospital OR, he came recommended by my colleagues. Dr Zimmerman answered all my questions & concerns relating to my complaint. After discussing my MRI images, he offered several treatment options & follow ups. I decided to do as suggested by choosing conservative treatment & see if is effective & long term before aggressive choice. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Dr Zimmerman

Dr. Zimmerman is the most amazing doctor. He did an excellent shoulder replacement on me. He took the time and had the patience and compassion with me to go over every question I asked him and he was so knowledgeable and I have really virtually nearly hardly any pain. He is just an incredible doctor and I just can't say enough good about him. And everything turned out exactly as he said and he took plenty of time to answer all my follow-up questions regarding my surgery and I have I say kudos to him and I would refer him to anybody, anytime. He's just so amazing. Thank you.

Due to how busy the Doctor was. He didn't understand what I was explaining to him. He dictated the wrong information in my notes. I had to call for them to correct the information.

I have known Dr Zimmerman since 2011 when he operated on my right shoulder. This time it was my left shoulder that was bothering me a lot. So he performed surgery on my left shoulder, although the entire procedure was very, very different from the one performed 14 years ago. I trust Dr Zimmerman completely and would recommend his services to anyone I know suffering with a shoulder problem

Dr. Zimmerman examined me. When I asked certain questions, he really cleared up my concept, my ideas about certain things. He cleared my misconceptions and gave me the correct thing, the right answers. He also gave me materials to look to understand my situation better. I would like to tell about the front desk folks. I found out when I asked about like the very long wait time, I found out they were not respective and instead they were telling that I am little late. I told them that before coming, I already called them and told that I am going to be late, little late, 10 minutes, 15 minutes. Is that okay to come or residue? So they said, no, no, no, please come, come. And after coming, they were behaving like that I am not there. I have waited for 45, 50 minutes for this provider to attend me. Thank you so much.
