Never knew Dr Crasner had an office 5min from my house and been seeing him for 5yrs. Maybe the staff should take notice of which offices to offer for appts.

I'm having great difficulty getting follow through with ordered CT. It's a script that needs to be submitted to insurance. I can't get through on the phone and no one is returning any calls.

Well it didnt start off well. Because my medical history was not right. Apparently someone else's medical history was in my chart. After i explained that wasnt me the nurse enter the room and said" yes, she has been here before" im like "what" i insisted that wasnt my history.. after clearing that issue up and addressing the reason i was there. I got a print out of the summary of the visit and again it had my visit was regarding heart issues which was not my history. That left me feeling very skeptical and concerned of the type of care i will receive. But i understand mistakes can happen so ill give him one more try.

Dr. Crasner is extremely conscientious. He makes sure everything's right. And he's by far the best doctor I've ever had. And I have a lot of doctors believe me. But anyway, he's the most thorough. I've already seen, I think, four or five members of my family team already yet. And I continue to do that. Bye-bye.
