Dr Liu began by asking if I had questions, which I thought was a good way to start. He could gauge my understanding of the procedure and he then filled in with information I needed to have.

Joshua was outstanding throughout our meeting, both in asking questions and listening in an engaged & focused manner AND in answering my questions and explaining want I could expect (this was a Pre-op Anesthesiology appointment, in preparation for Pancreatic Surgery & Splenectomy with [staff], scheduled for 06/22/26 @ 1:00 pm.). I left this visit with Joshua extremely reassured and clear about preparations I needed to take during the week prior to the surgery and confident in how Joshua presented the necessary information, etc. Joshua was VERY impressive in EVERY way.
