Very carrying, explains everything in terms that I understand, when I email him he responds in a timely manner. I never have to reach out to him. He always sends me test results right away. He takes interest to my question and concerns!

He genuinely cares, takes the time to listen, empathize or sympathize. He offers supportive feedback and immediate help, or later if I don’t need it now, I can reach back in follow-up. He’ll be there. His staff is happy, which shows they like him and like working there.
