Excellent doctor. He was recommended to me by a constituent when I was looking for a doctor to replace mine who had retired. It was the best recommendation as Dr cutler is easy to reach, very knowledgeable and practices great preventative care.

Very carrying, explains everything in terms that I understand, when I email him he responds in a timely manner. I never have to reach out to him. He always sends me test results right away. He takes interest to my question and concerns!
