Knowledgeable, great listener, valued my perspective on things, or at least gave that impression which is extremely positive. Challenged me on a couple of things that I thought might be good, and pushed back when warranted, and supported otherwise. Took time with me, and didn't talk down to me. This was our first meeting, and he was professional, efficient, and kind. He gave logical supporting information for his recommendations, and replied very quickly after my labs were completed to give his observations and potential followup.
