My son is a disabled [person] with exceptional communication needs. Often his initial visit with a new provider is a bit rocky because many are not familiar with [medical condition]. However, with Dr. Chong's insight and the assistance of an ASL interpreter all went very smoothly. All scores would have been "10" but that's a lot to ask the first time around!
