I was very impressed by my provider. He was knowledgeable, honest, frank, and very helpful. I did not feel rushed to leave. He took whatever time I needed for him to take, and he answered all of my questions.

The person checking in people at 11:15 was brusque, overly officious, and unpleasant. Otherwise, everyone else was pleasant and professional, which again can not be said for the remarkably unpleasant person checking in people for their appointment

I'm very relieved to have found a provider who actively listens and offers realistic and reasonable solutions to the problems I'm experiencing. Prior to the visit yesterday I'd had so much anxiety when trying to express my symptoms and concerns because it seemed I was never truly listened to and was simply dismissed until the next six month check, only to be ignored then as well. Thankfully the experience yesterday was one during which I was shown respect and consideration and I'm so thankful.
