I'm an anxious person and am often very high-strung, which causes many people to want to be done with me as soon as possible. This office does not react like that. They can face my unbridled anxiety like true champions and no matter how erratic or scared I've been over the problems my chronic illness causes, everyone in this office has taken the time to listen, explain things in a way that effectively eases my mind and I end up leaving feeling educated, empowered and ready to face whatever my disease brings next.
