Dr. Mims is professional and extremely talented. He has the Mac for making the patient feel as though he is the only patient the Dr. Mims has, and then all of his attention is focused on the patient’s well-being. Excellent bedside manner. Charming man.

I had a great experience with Dr. Mims. From the start, he truly listened to my concerns and took the time to explain everything in detail about the surgery I needed. He made sure I understood the procedure, what to expect, and how it would help fix my issue. What stood out the most was how kind and patient he was—he never made me feel rushed and took the time to answer all of my questions. I felt comfortable and confident in his care.

Dr. Mims is arguably the best surgeon in the Southeast! He is simply amazing. He answered all of my questions and diagnosed my problem perfectly well. He suggested a course of action that should restore me to perfect condition. I cannot say enough good things about him. He did not rush me. He recognized the errors made by the previous surgeon that led to my hernia recurring within 48 hours. I drove from Auburn to consult with him and he made the trip extremely well worth it!! Moreover there was no wait to see him. To be safe I arrived a few minutes early but he saw him precisely at my appointed time. The best office visit ever! Thank you Dr. Mims!! I look forward to the surgery that we planned after giving me time to heal from the previous surgery.
