Dr. White was the first half of the surgical team operating on my back. He thoroughly explained his role. He answered my questions. One of his team members visited me prior to surgery to ensure I knew what was to happen. Dr. White saw me prior to surgery and again explained his part of the surgery. I felt I was educated and assured.

I had a very positive experience with my Dr. White. He did an excellent job explaining what thoracic outlet syndrome is, how it may have developed, and what it means for me moving forward. He was extremely thorough in outlining the next steps in the process, including the CT scan, bloodwork, and nerve block test, and made sure I understood how those results will guide future decisions.He was professional, pleasant, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. I felt well-informed and confident in the plan of care after my visit.
