Dr. Lightsey seemed knowledgeable and competent. I was especially impressed with his nurse, Ms. Felicia, who took the time to introduce herself and explain how I could go about getting any future questions about my upcoming surgery answered through the Piedmont app if I thought of anymore questions after my visit today. She said she'd personally make sure they got routed to Dr. Lightsey as soon as possible and she'd get me an answer. I've never had a nurse take that much time explaining that. They're usually in to take the vitals and out again without so much as a peep. She definitely has a great love for her job and it shows. The CNA was quick and efficient too. The front and check-out desk clerks were also very courteous and efficient. So far, great experience with this practice site!
