First impression means a lot and I was not disappointed overall at all. I was seen in a timely manner. All staff including a callback were 10+. I'm new to the area and I'm trying to get in where I fit in and so far I'm pleased.

The office staff was friendly when I entered the office. I had the first appointment of the day. I was seen promptly. Dr. Dwyer explained the outcome of my treatment which was an injection into my palm to reduce the inflammation in my middle-Left finger. I am still having some pain in that finger and hoping it fades with time. I was given no restriction so I'm hoping playing tennis the next morning did not slow or negate the tx.

The staff was very good. The doctor I didn't like at all. He just didn't seem to help me in any way. I still have pain in my hand. He didn't bother to take an x-ray in my elbow to see if the pain was related from the elbow to the hand. He just told me to go get an hand brace. I would not recommend him to anyone. I did not like him.

Very efficiently run practice. everyone was courteous and professional. Dr. Dwyer took care of my problem and is not quick to do surgery before trying other methods.

I was met in the lobby by Dr. Dwyer's assistant. She took me to the room. She'd interviewed me, took some information down on the computer. She said he would be in in a minute or two. He came walking in. He went over everything about the treatment with me, gave me the treatment, and we said goodbye. I was in there a grand total of maybe 12 to 15 minutes, and everything went very well. Thank you.

The doctor warned me that it would be very difficult to put the trigger finger back into shape and the operation was not successful and the trigger finger is still triggering. It's not the doctor's fault, it's my body chemistry. So I have to have it redone.

Dr. Dwyer is Fantastic! He clearly explained the course of treatment for problems related to a tennis elbow. I left his office confident and reassured that my pain will continue to improve over time. Thank you from a retired nurse married to a retired doctor!
