Everyone in office was exceptional. I say this as a senior citizen who has seen plenty of doctors! The ladies at front desk were professional & courteous. Very kind & caring. The dr was very personable & had a great demeanor. Very patient oriented. He had a good sense of humor & put me at ease. Gynecologists & dentist are two of the doctors that cause anxiety in lots of women. So being able to put them at ease & keep the atmosphere light is a great comfort. Thanks.

Yes, hello. I had a one o'clock appointment. I did arrive a little too early at 12:30. However, even though I was told to be there 15 minutes earlier, the receptionist didn't come back from lunch until after 1. So I basically sat in a waiting room for 45 minutes. The other issue is I'm still waiting for someone to call me to schedule my surgery date. As a matter of fact, I was in the middle of sending a MyChart message when I got this phone call. So if someone can please call me to schedule that. Thank you.

Dr. Maccarone was kind, encouraging, respectful and very knowledeable. In recent years I have not prioritized my own health care and I appreciated learning from him that there were medical options available for incontinence and atrophic vaginitis. He was not scolding or dismissive, and I was encouraged by the treatment options discussed. Thank you.

I was surprised Dr. J. Maccarone told me I didn't need to have any follow up visit[s]. When I asked him about having the Pessary changed. He replied, "You don't need to change it. It is good indefinitely." I am a retired RN and know that a Pessary must be changed at least every 6 months. He told me he is an expert in female pelvic medicine and then he referred me to check out his website. www.voicesforpfd.org When I got home I did check out his website. What I was surprised to read is that on his website he recommends Pessary to be changed every 6 months. I'm currently seeking a new urogynecologist.

Next treatment step is physical Therapy but in my vicinity, nothing is open until January, which means I have to wait almost 4 1/2 months. That is concerning.

Doctor nurses people were really good and helpful but without a lot of equipment Virtua needs to provide more equipments to the doctors at this facility very sad to see only one light was shared between rooms for patient checkup. Please give tools to these nice doctors

The associate who typed my new insurance coverage was both pleasant and friendly. All nurses involved my my care, and others around me in the office were both kind and caring. The doctor who treated me showed that he was genuinely interested in me as a patient and showed that he was up to date with medical knowledge and treat guidelines. I appreciated his professionalism.

Visiting The office is always a good experience. From walking thru the door and being greeted at the reception desk, escorted back to the examination room and The Dr. and his assistants, I am always made to feel comfortable and respected. I always leave happy due to their positivity.

Hi, I had a great experience at this office. Everybody was very nice, sweet, and educational. They were able to answer all my questions. My only thing I wanted to bring up is I'm still waiting for a scheduler to call me to schedule my procedure that came out of this appointment. I'm not sure how long I should be waiting for that.
