I consider him as my heart doctor and a personal friend. For example, Questions asked that are probing but understood followed by comments that explain his reasoning. Often a sense of humor surfaces.

He is respectful and courteoust. Allows me time to explain my position. Gives me time to ask questions and answers them in terms that are understandable and actionable. I gave him a 9/10 for one reason… nothing is perfect.
