Appreciated the amount of time that Dr. Jolly spent with me, without making me feel like she needed to be getting on to the next patient. Compassionate, clearly wanted to help (and did help!), made the effort to do some on-the-spot research to try to find solutions.

I appreciated Jolly’s and her professional interaction w me. Emma immediately earned my positive regard, was my initial and concluding medical contact. The desk personnel were helpful as well. And let me not forget to compliment the phlemotobist who used a pediatric needle to extract blood. It’s a procedure I HATE. 😢
