Went there for an issue, he pulled up my chart and saw he made a mistake and didnt treat me for bacteria he found 2.5 years age. He was focused on that, prescribed all the antibiotics to kill the bacteria and never once, did he address my current situation. He dismissed me totally. He was too focused on fixing his mistake and nothing else. I was invisible to him. I will be contacting the director of the hospital because if this situation.

I called to make a new patient appointment and was impressed with questions asked and her patience. First time meeting the doctor and he made me feel comfortable and knew my history. His scheduler was pleasant and accommodating and helped me to get a date that was good for me. It was a 10 out of 10 experience

The MA was not interested in checking my med list when offered. She said I had recently been seen and she didn't need it. Did she know that there had been changes? I also do not like being called by my last name. I had looked forward to this appt for months. It was rushed and disappointing.

Dr Savon willingly saw me as I was just added to his schedule on the same day. His medical assistant was kind and made me feel comfortable giving her my medical history.

Everything was fine, but now the problem is that it's been five days and they haven't given me an appointment for the colonoscopy, and they said it would take 24 hours. I kept calling someone-I don't remember her name-all the time I was calling someone.

Only problem I couldn't continued with the treatment because I couldn't drive for the procedure. They have no medical transportation

Yes, I would say the only area that could use some improvement would be the person that was taking my blood pressure. She seemed a bit agitated before she entered the room and was a little bit short with me. But as far as the doctor and the receptionist, they were perfect.

The tattoo who checked me in seemed a little cold and Doctor Savon , who I've been going to for 10 years was somewhat quick and dismissive, and I'm sure part of it has to do with the fact that I brought up a comment my nutritionist made which I can understand him not being happy with, but I just wanted to make sure I shared my holistic macro view of how I'm tackling some of my health issues. It's all good. I'm not mad or anything.
