The doctor's support staff less than reliable. His nurse is fine, but communications about prescription renewals, for example, is less than satisfactory.

My doctor was moved to suite 200 which was like being in a clinic waiting room. Too many patients who might have been ill in one area. HIs previous office was much more appropriate. I did not appreciate being in a room with so many people.

Yes, Dr. Giangola is a very, very kind doctor, very knowledgeable, and always makes you feel at ease. You don't even feel like you're really with a doctor, but more like with a friend. He's wonderful. He has lots of knowledge and a lot of experience. And I have to say his nurse calling is all the best. Thank you very much.

Dr. Giangola always spends as much time as needed for my appointment. He answers all of my questions and gives me recommendations for continued diabetic care. He has excellent receptionists and nurses. Everyone is kind and courteous.

His office was changed to a different office i was not notified. My medical information was difficult to upload. Changes should be managed easier and smoother. The oreceptionist and staff are great. They are phenomenal. I don't mind driving over an hour to see my doctor.
