Very compassionate, understanding, thorough and listened to all my requests and questions. Dr. Joseph Eapen is an awesome doctor. When Dr. Bongiovanni left that I’ve seen for years I was concerned. Referred by the front office two doctors and I chose Dr. Eapen and it’s been a great experience and glad I’m with Dr. Eapen ! Thank you !

Dr. Eapen takes his time with each visit. He is very thorough and kind. He seems to truly care about my well-being. And he follows through with recommendations - if he suggests something, he asks me how it went or if I followed through with his recommendation. I really like my doc!

It was only the second time I saw him after Dr Clutter, who I saw for the past 20+ years, retired. I am still getting to know Dr. Eapen who is not as talkative as my prior doctor. He mostly reviewed my lab results and responses to questions on the survey that I completed before the visit on the computer. Dialog was brief, but was valuable. I look forward to building a long term relationship with Dr. Eapen.

Dr Eapen is very thorough is his assessments, takes time and listens very well, never feels rushed. Offers great suggestions and encourages healthy choices in a gentle, reassuring and non-judgmental way.

Dr Eapen and staff are amazing. Dr Eapen really wants to make sure you are healthy and spends as much time with you as needed. I have NEVER felt rushed and my last visit i was even escorted out of the office by Dr Eapen. I have really grown to trust him and value everything he says. If you are looking for a new Dr, this is the man! Hands down! He is more on the introvert side but you will truly love him! I was with my last Dr for over 30 years and he just retired. I am so happy being with Dr Eapen now as I was hesitant going to a new Dr. So glad to have made him as my choice, If you want answers, this is your man :)

Dr Eapen does not seem to care at all for my total well being. I have received far more personal care from walk-in clinics than I have from the person who is supposed to by my primary care provider. I am planning to switch doctors. The problem is that no one I want to see is taking new patients, so I feel stuck with this automoton. Dr Eapen is just a clearing house for each of my parts who doesn't bother trying to see me as a whole person. He writes a referral for every small complaint instead of seeing that my body a whole system, not pieces to be farmed off on someone else.

I felt the Dr. Eapen listened to me about the physical problem that I was experiencing. I am grateful that I was able to see Dr. Easpen before the weekend. Otherwise I would have gone to a prompt care clinic, which I did not want to do. I was very happen he could see me the day that I called, which was a Friday morning.
