He left it up to me to determine whether I will ultimately remain as his patient, or if I will return to the original doctor who was assigned to me after Dr. Advani retired. Truthfully I am so fortunate to have two options for heart care. It is very rare today. Especially in Iowa where so many physicians have left the state.

Answered my questions and looked at what I was talking about. And getting me in for tests right away has done as much as he could. Since you're so busy and you know what else can you do.

I feel very blessed to have Dr. Doerer as my cardiologist. His thorough explanations, in layman's terms, and his personable approach to patient relations makes him an outstanding practitioner, in my opinion.
