Any future appointments it looks like l will have to call ahead to confrim if referals are in place with your office. All my referals are made through text messaging between myself and my primary Dr.
And a reply text is sent back to me when referal has been sent. I keep these texts as evidence of my requested referals. I have accountability with them. Someone on your staff dropped the ball.

Always great experience. Very pleasant friendly gets to know patients knows their Diagnosis and dose a through examination always has a solution on how to treat the problem. Great doctor great bed side matter
