The office staff was lovely. I particularly liked that the doctor met with me and reviewed some things prior to my undressing and getting into a gown. That was a very nice touch and I was surprised. It was a great experience and I was absolutely thrilled that I came to see Dr. Joseph. Thank you. Bye-bye.

The entire office staff personnel was excellent! They were respectful, competent, and courteous. My entire experience with the office - from the examination by the doctor and my interaction with the staff - was wonderful!

Can only speak highly of the healthcare provider himself. The office handled a recent sensitive situation negligently and unethically. Unlikely to remain with any HMH practices in the future.

I've previously visited a couple of other drs in this practice and imo he is by far the best physician here. His manner is professional but warm, he genuinely cares and listens. He provides treatment options that are both conventional and holistic and reviews both pros and cons. Happy I gave him a chance as I was going to leave this practice, only wish I scheduled with him was sooner.

I thought he was an awesome doctor, super easy to communicate with. His physician's assistant was amazing, gave me a lot of comfort and just very nice. And the schedulers were awesome as he was trying to make his way over from delivering a baby. They were very communicative to make sure not to waste my time and I appreciated the experience overall.
