I had a wonderful experience with Joe Capogrosso at HSS. He was extremely knowledgable, patient, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. He thoroughly explained my shoulder condition and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand and i never felt rushed. I left the appointment feeling more informed, reassured and confident about my recovery. I highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for a caring and skilled physical therapist.

Joe is the gold - or I should say platinum- standard for physical therapists. He has worked with me through knee replacement and a shoulder injury and has helped me get my life back. His listening skills, communication, dedication, empathy, and compassion are off the charts. I am almost done with PT and will genuinely miss Joe when I “graduate.” I almost look forward to having my other knee done next winter so I can work with Joe again. Simply cannot say enough positive things about him.

I had a really good PT experience with Joe. He took into consideration any concerns I had. He explained why we were doing certain exercises and how best to do them. He showed me how to better use my cane and why. Excellent.

Joe is an extremely professional therapist. He always asked how I was feeling or if I was in any pain and adjusted his treatment to my issues that particular day.
He is patient, kind and very cognizant of his patient’s needs.
He is also extremely knowledgeable and makes excellent suggestions and recommendations for home exercises.
Joe’s gentle, concerned and very considerate of his patient’s needs.
