Dr. Reviewed my medical chart. He explained options moving forward. Answered all my questions in layman’s terms. Wasn’t rushed. His demeanor, his calmness with explanations was reassuring.

His attention he pays so much attention to me made me feel like I was his only patient and was very nice and I felt very comfortable in the visit I had to get bad news and he made me feel easier to accept the news

Courteous front desk without “attitude” and were caring and respectful. Erlinda the nurse was helpful with knowledge about sleep products as well as thorough in the intake -and friendly and warm. I get nervous in the Dr. Office.

I like the doctor. He’s quiet but engaging and it’s fun to get his input on things. I’m happy he was taking new patients. I prefer NCH affiliated groups to Millinium. Tech and OA are nice and prompt also.
