She gets no credit for what she does. But Vanessa runs the oncology lab downstairs in the basement. She's very bright, very caring, very attentive to every detail she doesn't get enough credit. You need to give that girl a raise or a lease. Let her know people are talking good about it.

Dr Tongol and staff display care and concern for his patients above and beyond that which is I needed. Their and concern was when I missed an appointment, they made calls to my contact people people who managed to get the help I needed.
