Everything was outstanding. The Dr. Was fantastic with my son who was nervous about meeting a new doctor. The doctor explained everything in a way that my 11-year-old son could understand and made him a part of the conversation. Rather than just speaking with me, the parent. He took his time with us. Explained everything why things needed to be done, such as a [ ], and spent as much time as needed with us until all of our questions were answered. Everybody we met was professional and courteous.

Dr. Cucalon saw us quickly, answered [ ] and my questions thoroughly and gave us great care. In particular, getting help with [ ] took 8 weeks less than it did at Kaiser (our former provider). [ ] was ecstatic also to see a male physician. We love Dr. C and will be back!

Dr. Cucalon is amazing! He always listens to my concerns & helps me understand everything as my child grows. The staff is amazing as well! The staff is kind and courteous each visit.
