Communicate ordering of medication (especially since it was increased from our original discussion), and follow up for medication directly with the patient. I understand not having time to call individually, but a quick electronic message is more personal and direct.

Dr. Ramirez was very knowledgeable and friendly. He had already reviewed my test results from my primary prior to our visit. This allowed me more time with him directly to ask any questions I had. His medical assistant was fantastic. She calmed any nerves I had as a new patient and was very helpful. Every encounter I had with the office staff was pleasant.

He was extremely attentive to my health issues. He studied my medical history; listened to my concerns and talked e me about the best course of action for my problem. I was extremely satisfied and encouraged when I left his office.
