Whitney was very kind and understanding to me being hard of hearing especially with the ear drum issue. I feel like she was very knowledgeable in her field of work and I wish I could get her each time me or a family member need convenient care. I felt comfortable with her and felt like she treated me with respect. Thank you for people like her.

The NP was so kind—I started crying a little at some point, and she offered me a tissue and was gentle and kind.

[Staff] and the NP Whitney along with all other staff were so kind and accommodating. I was taken care of in a timely manner and on my way back home with everything I needed to feel better. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you.

Everyone was very professional and polite and showed a genuine concern mt urgent need for treatment. NP Ms. Whitney Jones did an excellent job. I appreciated her concern for my aliment and her attention to it.
