I was amazed at how busy they were since it's the only urgent care open on Sunday and they were still very polite and caring for me and my needs during my visit.

[Staff] and Whitney went above to make sure I had what I needed, kept me informed of my care and were very polite! When you don't feel good, it makes you feel better that the staff is concerned and want you to feel better!

Whitney Jones is amazing. This was my second visit to Convenient Care in 6 months. [xxxx] was great on my last visit, she is my NP up on Telegraph Rd. So I loved that she was there when I hurt my foot. Whitney Jones was just as amazing. She was thorough, caring, professional, and was able to answer all my questions. I live Convenient Care. I was diagnosed with pneumonia yesterday, she prescribed meds, today I already feel so much better. And I love My Chart and being able to see test results so quickly, make appointments, change pharmacies, and communicate with my doctors.
