Whitney Jones is amazing. This was my second visit to Convenient Care in 6 months. [xxxx] was great on my last visit, she is my NP up on Telegraph Rd. So I loved that she was there when I hurt my foot. Whitney Jones was just as amazing. She was thorough, caring, professional, and was able to answer all my questions. I live Convenient Care. I was diagnosed with pneumonia yesterday, she prescribed meds, today I already feel so much better. And I love My Chart and being able to see test results so quickly, make appointments, change pharmacies, and communicate with my doctors.

I waited only for 5 minutes in the waiting room till I was taken to exam room. The doctor came in almost immediately. She was friendly and professional. She asked questions and I provided the answers. I was very please with my visit.

The Nurses and the Doctors there are very thorough and explain things to you and always answer your questions. They are nice and make you fell comfortable and care about you as a person. We are never there very long at all .
