Very good listener, compassionate, thorough did what needed to be done. As my PCP has left the practice, I needed presurgical authorization and was quite nervous as to how that would play out with a new one. He was also a bit humorous which alone scores a 10 in my book!

Once again my Primary Doctor left Franciscan and they wouldn’t renew my prescriptions without scheduling an appointment with another Provider
Upon my Appointment with Manuel Jones who basically accused Me of Having a Problem with Narcotic drugs when I spoke with Him
He made Me sign a Form which is now in my Medical History! Please have Someone contact me to speak with Someone about this matter!
I have Not or Never have had a Problem with Narcotic Drugs
I went to ask for Refills on all of my Prescriptions including one for [RX] for Pain that I’m experiencing. I also had a prescription for Anxiety for [RX] that I barely use.
