Same reason I said in the other survey question he renewed my faith and doctors and I found a lot of good doctors here so it's not just doc Jones he's the best out of all of them I'm waiting to see how the cardiologist does the dermatologist I went with isn't in your network but she's she's incredible too I tried going to one in your network and he was just a jerk think he spent a whole 10 seconds with me and took my 30 bucks and let me go didn't check anything or well that's neither here or there he's just an idiot

I was going to Dr. Jones before he became a member of Franciscan. When my old doctor retired, I bounced around from Dr. doctor. I’m looking for someone that I felt comfortable with, Dr. Jones, fit the bill. That’s why I decided to come with Franciscan and continue to be a patient of Dr. Jones.

As noted above, I like Dr. Jones, but if someone who lived near me was looking for a doctor, I'd probably recommend local physicians first. But I do have friends and acquaintances closer to Dyer, and would certainly recommend Dr. Jones to them.

He was awesome.went above and beyond for me . And I truly appreciate him. I was in the ER on Saturday. Broke my Knee, extremely painful was sent home with enough pain pills for 2 days only ( which is unacceptable). Called them back on Monday saying I needed more . They said I would have to call Dr. Davidson for refill( he is on vacation) imagine that! So that’s why I had to see Dr. Jones . Ya’ll seriously need to do better . Makes me very angry that while in excruciating pain I had to deal with all this , because the ER doc that prescribed the pain med to me wasn’t there. Why not be able to look at my chart and see that I didn’t receive adequate amount of pills and just call the pharmacy and order more . Not that difficult, seriously. I will be strongly considering going to community (powers) from now on .

Dr. Jones takes his time, listens to your concerns and actually looks at you when he speaks to you. He is easy to talk to and I felt comfortable conveying my concerns. He genuinely cares and seems to enjoy what he’s doing.
