Michelle and Dr. Dorothy Jones were absolutely amazing! They were both knowledgeable and understanding. In addition, the ladies did not talk over our heads but made the information and experience very relatable. We will be back and would recommend SPI. It is difficult to find a doctor who cares or gives off warmth but Dr. Jones can do this without making patients feel rushed. Thank you again! - [Patient' names].

I never had a problem with my former doctor responding to my messages, even during COVID. That doctor retired and I decided to go with a local doctor. I am close yo regretting that decision.

See above. Obviously she cared enough to study my charts and diagnostic data from hospital stay. She was well prepared and knowledgeable regarding my needs. Truly a gem. No rushing or pressure. Just willingness to take what ever it took for me to understand my condition and treatment options.
