Have met with her before. Friendly, but very professional. I believe she is genuine on her care about by health welfare. Is knowledgeable of my health history and suitably answers all my quesitons.

If I could rate her a 15 I would. She is amazing and can not recommend her and the Boise Cancer Center to enough to anyone going through this journey. You won’t find a better place for care in Idaho. I’ve also had care for cancer in Arizona and I thought they were good until I went to Boise Cancer Center. They are heads above the care I got in Arizona. I’m very impressed with St. Al’s in general but your Boise Cancer Center is top notch.

Jonelle is a positive caregiver, giving hope, based on medical training, to someone who's life has changed in so many ways. Jonelle listens, and then encourages! She breaks down medical terms in ways my husband and I can understand and relate to. While a cancer diagosis is certainly life-changing, Jonelle helps us understand how to take one step at a time, experience one day at a time! It works!
