Dr Payne listens and tailors treatment plan to my preferences. He had a good visual aid to help me understand the anatomy, and gave me guidance as to what to do if I had an urgent problem.

Dr. Payne is very clear when explaining the series of steps it takes to diagnose orthopedic issues. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and will take in to account your entire previous surgical history, not just what you're there for. I feel perfectly at ease with him as my care provider/surgeon.

Dr. Payne put my shoulder back together when it really shouldn't have beenable to be done. The damage was massive. But he did it. He's a wizard. I can't say enough good things about him. His skill is simply unmatched. And he's a nice guy who takes time to explain things, plus he listens carefully and hears your concerns. He really is the best.
