Yes, Dr. Low did a great job as far as explaining questions that I had. He listened very intently and felt very comfortable with the issues or items that he was able to help me with and particularly helped me out with a medication issue. Second visit with Dr. Low is my primary care. Very, very satisfied and would recommend him to any family member or friends.

Dr. Low is truly the best. He has helped me understand my health in a way no one ever has before. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure I feel informed and confident about my care. He has involved me in every step of the decision-making process, which makes me feel heard, respected, and valued as a patient. I never feel rushed during appointments, and he always listens with patience and compassion. It's rare to find a doctor who combines knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care the way Dr. Low does. I am incredibly grateful to have him as my physician and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor who truly cares about their patients.

Dr Low was friendly and attentive. I was happy that I could be seeing the same day that I reached out to my doctor during the blizzard so I am very pleased with Virtua doctors, specifically Dr. Low in all of the other doctors and staff that I have in my care team

This provider is fantastic. This location is fantastic. Everyone's really, really nice and very personable. And for the first time ever, honestly, I have a provider that genuinely listens, genuinely cares. We have a plan of attack. I feel like I can absolutely trust this doctor, which is rare for me. I actually feel like I'm getting somewhere with my care. Like, this is fantastic. 10 out of 10, a million out of 10 would recommend to anyone, except I'm worried that that'll make it harder to get appointments faster. But still, no, actually, everyone's fantastic and I genuinely love this place.

I'm comfortable with him. But when he sent my medication I need. They refused to give it to me we have to called so many time because they said the doctor don't send this don't send that I don't know why.

Dr. Low is amazing. I'm so grateful that I found him as my new PCP. I had the same PCP for 25+ years before Crozer Prospect health system closed. It was devastating. Dr. Low has managed to make me feel completely comfortable. I couldn't recommend him enough.
